The website uses Web3Forms, Google Workspace, Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare DNS.
Retention And Security
Salt City IT keeps contact messages, email communications, service notes, customer records, invoice details, and temporary troubleshooting materials only as long as reasonably needed for service, follow-up, documentation, accounting, legal, security, or business recordkeeping purposes.
Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no website, email, remote support session, network, device, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Do not send passwords, MFA codes, recovery keys, customer data, or sensitive screenshots through the website contact form. If sensitive details are needed, Salt City IT will use a more appropriate method.
